- give me credit for creating the design the first time you draw it and for all ref sheets. make sure it's by name, so i get notified -- 
i like to see the art of my designs!
- no re-selling for a higher price unless you've added value (commissioned artwork of the character, etc). 
- don't re-upload my art of the design (without permission). create your own.
- i won't reserve designs. 
- prompt payment, please. don't offer if you don't have the money.
- use the design respectfully -- don't buy it just to make breedables or something.
